We receive endless letters from our corresponding members request-
ing the books Story of Joan of Arc and the Story of Louis XI, from
which we have published excerpts, as well as the album with the drawings
of Victorien Sardou.
We remind our readers that the Story of Joan of Arc is now sold out;
the life of Louis XI as well as the life of Louis IX has not been published
yet. We hope they are one day. The announcement in the Review will
then be a duty to us. Until then, any order for those works will be fruit-
less. The same happens with the album of Mr. Sardou. The published
drawing of Mozart’s house is the only work that is on sale, at Ledoyen’s
bookstore.
